Guardian Live Q&A on Flexible Working

According to research from charity Working Families, 90% of employers already offer flexible working, but now all businesses face the possible challenges of managing a flexible team.

The Guardian Small Business Network will be running a live Q&A, from 1-2pm on Wednesday 25 November. An expert panel will offer advice on how to implement and manage flexible working. The discussion will continue to be available on the paper’s website here.

The panel includes Ksenia Zheltoukhova , a research adviser at the CIPD, Peter Etherington from the Business Growth Service, and Clare Ludlow, the director of innovation at Timewise.
