If you want to be productive – take a break!

There is an old saying, that “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. In fact it doesn’t just make Jack ( or Jill ) dull, it makes them less productive. A recent study by the time-tracking software company DeskTime found that the most productive people don’t try to work flat out for 8 hours, but work for 52 minutes, then break for 17 minutes.
