Flexible at 50

Employees aged over 50 already make up 27% of the UK workforce, and this is set to rise to 33% by 2020, according to a report by the Department of Work and Pensions. This presents a challenge to employers; how to align their HR policies and benefits to reflect this change in their organisation.
