Walking to work


Walking to work is far healthier than taking the car, bus, or train, and is a lot less stressful. Especially when it involves walking from the kitchen, coffee in hand, to your chair or desk at home. The daily commute can be frustrating, tiring, and demotivating. It costs time, money, and productivity, both to the individual and to their employer or client. Notdesking – flexible and remote working – leads to happier, healthier, more productive people.  It also cuts the cost of office space and infrastructure. As internet connections become faster and cheaper, while travelling to work becomes harder and more expensive, more people and organisations are moving towards flexible working from home.  So why not try a short walk to work? You’ll feel a lot better for it.
